Enterprise architecture and AI leadership on the Electronic Exchange of Social Security Information programme — cross-border data exchange across Member States, each with distinct legal frameworks, national systems and legacy estates.
The work included membership of the Business Implementation Group and SEDAPEG, coordination of Member State delegations as single point of contact, authorship of national connector specifications, quality assurance standards, SLAs and API definitions, and the design of a responsible AI framework covering bias detection, explainability and ethics review.
